2-The Ager and the PDG presented The City Business
District. The concept of District incorporates MALL, OFFICE and CORPORATE at
the same location.
Rio de Janeiro city gains its first Business District
inspired at the most important in the world, mainly by The City of London,
European financial center.
A corporate and commercial region that will change the
face of business at Rio de Janeiro. Spread over about 100 thousand m² of technology
and comfort, The CITY is the Union of CORPORATE, OFFICE
and MALL. Your customer will find the convenience of having in one
place: services and business.

INVESTMENTS AND THEIR SERVICES AND SPACES WILL BE
LEASED AND NOT MARKETED.
GENERAL MASTERPLAN-There are approximately100 thousand
sq.meters overall area, beside the Marapendi lagoon, with 400 m extent facing
the Abelardo Bueno Avenue.

The Corporate building Manhattan is owned by JCA5
Holdings, whose partners are the Autonomy Investiments and the Investment
Group. Their corporate spaces are intended for rental and will not be marketed.
The group, shareholder of Plarcon A.S. was one of the
main developers at the Barra da Tijuca neighborhood, having conceived and
participated in the most important developments in the region, including: Via
Parque Shopping, CasaShopping and River Office Park, a triple A business
complex.
THE FRONTLAKE MALL with approximately 5,000 sq.m of
shops prepared to meet all kinds of business.
THE FRONTLAKE MALL, owned by Autonomy's Investment is
located on the fringe of the lagoon, with the most beautiful and eternal view
of the region with “DNA” of a Shopping Mall, the store mix will be prepared by
company specialized in development and managements of shopping centers to meet
the convenience of customers and retailers. Their spaces will be leased and
will not be marketed.
