THE CORPORATE AND THE FRONTLAKE MALL WILL BE LED BY AUTONOMY
INVESTMENTS AND THEIR SERVICES AND SPACES WILL BE LEASED AND NOT MARKETED.
GENERAL MASTERPLAN-There are approximately100 thousand sq.meters overall area, beside the Marapendi lagoon, with 400 m extent facing the Abelardo Bueno Avenue.
The incorporator alert achievers to the fact that the edge of the enterprise is at the  marginal band of protection and its vegetation will be delivered as project validated with the competent environmental bodies, and this project prevails in relation to images presented in this material that are merely illustrative.

The Corporate building Manhattan is owned by JCA5 Holdings, whose partners are the Autonomy Investiments and the Investment Group. Their corporate spaces are intended for rental and will not be marketed.

Their spaces will be leased and will not be marketed.
